Actually they call those "dust devils".... They aren't really tornadoes unless they come out of thunderstorms.. But that was a huge dust devil.

I have a foosball table exactly like that at my parent's house-- I made that shot a few weeks ago when I went home- My brother emailed me this clip a while ago.. wow.... nutz..... BTW... bout the tornadoe one.. not a tonadoe.... i've been through alot of dust devils that have been, or have looked JUST LIKE a tornadoe... in a massive tractor... pulling alot of feet of caltivator..... and i've seen one rock the hell out me in one....
