I just bought a copy of windows 2000 pro and i was wondering if i were to d/l the 3rd service pack if that inculdes everything from the 1st and 2nd one or do i have d/l them all?

AFAIK. last one will always cover everything.
Choose a language from the Select Language drop-down list, and click GO
