Which is more enjoyable?
Not having to worry about quickly running and grabbing the Plunger just in case the first "Flush" didn't do the job...
OR
The fact that that single flush was enough to scald the living crap outa the person currently using the shower in the upstairs Floor Suite (single building sharing the same water supply and hot water)
