Guys ive recently been away on business/vacation and ive came home to find several complaints from some members about the general overall conduct on the forum in specific threads therefore I will take the time to post this in the off topic with the intention more people will see it than in the feedback forum.

If you are browsing and you see what you feel is unsuitable conduct or postings, then hit the "report to moderator" link with a brief description, this will send an email to all moderators of that forum and a link to the offending thread/post. The moderator(s) will look into the matter and take any necessary action. This is the best first course of action as sending it to me, will quite often take more time for action to be taken --- the moderator(s) involved will also reply to you in private regarding the issue you have reported. Please be aware I dont have the time to handle all the moderator duties in every forum.

If no action is taken or you are unhappy with the outcome via the moderator(s) involved then contact any member of the administration team with the full details of the incidents.

I want Driverheaven to remain a friendly forum but im really only one person and its not possible for me to be everywhere all the time, its up to all the dedicated members like you guys to help us keep it clean and tidy.
