This is the 1st online alias I ever had. First J for Jeremy, the other J for Johnson, and 1988 was when I was born.

My other alias, mYthicaL, I came up with that outta nowhere lol'z

tek originated from one of my webdesigner buddies from about 4-5yrs ago.

At first I came up with "tekbo" - I ran with that for a while, and then I decided to cut it down to "tek" just because it sounds cool....

Ever since my webdesign days I've been aliased "tek" - my unformal name.

mine actually.. i orginally thought i had made up...... as i like short names... simple to remember.. but has the none generic consenants and vowls.... U and J were a must..... and it had to sound..... decent... yet catchy.... so i through it together..... slapped it in for Quake 1 when i first got the shareware version..... started using it in chat rooms... you name it..... but long story short..... i found out the hard way of the orginal..... i was getting some serious offensive crap thrown at me for no reason in chat rooms.... i guess alot of Religious people just don't like it!

Back in the BBS days, I needed something that said something about who I was without compromising privacy.

I was a competitive (AAU) state ranked swimmer back during my childhood and early teen years, plus I've been into audio, video and computer technology since I was 15 as a hobby (old enough to work and buy my first component stereo...) and now (for the past 18 years) as a living.
