What is a good program that I can get so that I can Watch and Capture TV on my computer? Something that I can watch TV Full Screen, Window Mode, etc.. Just looking for a program so I can watch TV.
It has an "S-Video" port with an adapter that plugs into it to allow RCA in/out and S-Video in/out, and the Audio coming in goes through the sound card.
I can view everything via Windows Movie Maker, but I don't want to watch it on that cause the quality of it sucks.
