here's my three fav's:

65.106.163.48:411:156 - 2GB min
they're all public hubs, so it should be easy enough to connect to them.
the first two are mostly swedish people, so you might have trouble following the chat, but they have just as much good stuff in english.
The last one is my new fav, lots of good stuff, decent connections, no one leaves too quickly.
Share the hubs! its the only way to get new stuff?!
