Hmm well I would say Buffy but its currently over as a series (although I am collecting it on DVD)
So of the ones still on then:
Angel
Stargate SG-1
Tru Calling
XMC on SpikeTV
Enterprise
I know there has to be more but it'll come to me later most likely

I can't decide on a single on either...
I currently watch:
Simpson
Star Gate SG1
Smallville
Dead Zone
John Doe
And the following are one right after another every day...sometimes twice a day without being a repeat (thank god for SPACE)
Star Trek (oldy)
Star Trek Next Generation
Star Trek Deep Space 9 (i'm actually getting into this... but still my least favorite)
Star Trek Voyager
And On sundays Enterprise....
I enjoyed futurama.. too... didn't last to long though.... sad really
NOTE: My cable provider doesn't have the WB... so smallville is kicked off the list... even though i wish i could still watch it..
John Doe... sweet as it is.... i think it was on the WB as well..... at home.... i had a dish.... cable totally sucks.... hate it...

Cheers -all time best
WKRP in Cincinnati -funny
Friends -funny
Frasier
Cops
Spike @ Speed Sat and Sun afternoon car shows (not all of them- some of them are corny like High-Rev-Tuners etc... )
Car and Driver (Spike)
MotorWeek (speed channel)
Autoweek (speed channel)
Ride with FunkMaster Flex (Spike)
TechTV The Screensavers
BattleBots -gone forever (all the other copy cat shows are weak)
Most TV sucks now, but my cable bill is still $120 a month (and rising)
