Buhhaa... i'm back in full power... almost

this last week or 2... i've been in the process of moving... organizing... whatever...

I've found someone to move in and pay rent.....

The person happens to be a boyfriend to an upstairs girl..... here's the deal...... she moves down into my area... i move up..... she pays the same for rent... as well me....

And everyone is happy... right?... so it seems so far....

Also my computer is setup.... some speaker arrangements are being worked on.. yet... (but the way it's setup in the room... kick ass.... one problem..... heater is right below and behind my machine.... it'll be like a blast furnus back there)

I'm not waiting on piling up enough money to purchase the APC VA1000 BX Battery Backup unit...

As i've let the person that moved in.... have my Office 500VA APC complete battery backup unit.... (kept the router.. and modem and server done there for different reason such as organization... and it being much cooler down there...)

Damn.... i hate running off simple surge protected power bars.. but i couldn't stay away from using my computer..... just couldn't
