Do you think sinjin will be smoke free come January 1st?

I think he might be able to. But that is iffy.

Quitting smoking is perhaps one of the hardest things I have ever done, but also one of the most rewarding.

As a current smoker who's made the attempt a few times, it is do-able provided you can keep a handle on stress events.

I'm currently in the process of buying my first house and thats damn stressful (rated 3rd most stressful event in your life) and I'm back to my daily quota
