Actually.. those are just one of about 30 i was working on..... They are orginal AVI formats..... converted into Gifs.... with quite a cut down on frames.... (AVI of 63 frames... cut to 10 for the bigger one... i think... and 5 for the smaller one)

what i find interesting... is that using AVI formating is alot easier then doing frame by frame... or quick snipscreenshots...

hella better.... although you gotta have the ram and the space to do it.... the one roadee AVI i did.... uncompressed... was about 68mb (63frames @ 30fps which is just a sliver above 2 seconds... imagine what happens when i run it for over 5 minutes)

To bad the size of our sigs and avatar are limited or else we would see really impressive art work!!! Being part for awile of various forums over the net for many year, DH is without a doubt the forum with the most beautifull avatar/sigs ive seen, and its all because of talents like you bud.

These guys are doing great work yes....... and personally I would allow up to 300k-500k signatures for everyone but I have to take into consideration those less fortunate who happen to be on dialup, this would totally kill their usage of the forum (I know an individual can turn off sigs but im sure they would like the option to see sigs in their profile without having to wait a day for them all to load). The net is always a compromise !

Yeah... It would be nice if we could work out a way to get flash sigs sorted for users... but it could cause more hassle than it's worth

I already explained its not possible, it would mean to allow HTML for everyone and that is a security hazard.

ill tell you what, ill allow the gold members to have Flash sigs- but they MUST be under 100k, and ONLY gold members. Damn im way too nice.

Of course to override the built in setting, it means an admin has to sort it out for the gold members, and ill look after this myself personally. so if you guys who know flash want to make gold members some flash signatures feel free, these stipulations apply. 100k or less, 400 pixels wide by 100 deep MAXIMUM, and they must be hosted externally. I need a URL and dimensions supplied so I can hack the signature of the gold member to allow it to access. Please be aware once I do this, you cant alter your signature or VB will remove the flash as your permissions wont allow it, so make sure the text in your signature is correct before hitting me with a link.

Also because I can see myself getting inundated with changes on this every day, im also limiting each gold member to one change maximum per month.

This is my new year gift to the most dedicated forum members, please dont start abusing it or you will be back on gifs.

Preferably with a bird, a HawK would be nice for some odd reason

Later version of the DH Forum software will probably start sorting out bandwidth/sigy/avatar/ possibilities and problems.... I'm patient enough to wait for it all... Flash... now i can to find my flash software and learn how to use it... i did one.. looked like crud.... but i know we can go quite a ways with it..... I might need Tastyweat to show me a few things (Program sharing)

I realized my ultimate SIG was way out there .. Wyre estimated 380k and NME 350k

So I choose static for now in both Sig and Avatar ..
My Avatar I feel will never change as it was a special gift from a damn good friend.
As was my SIG .. He was the only one ever to reverse the guitar .. Damn
