Whats wrong with Rage3d.com?
I know this is a totally different site, but GI Bro is a mod here, so I thought he may have some insight.
Rage3d.com has been either down or "busy" for the past couple days. Anyone know whats up with their site?

I think they have some ultra-traffic but they don' t have ultra-traffic hosting, so they need faster servers / hosting etc...

I think it's a combination of bandwidth and hardware right now. With the release of the new Catalyst drivers, I'm sure they're being slammed with more traffic than usual, and I don't know that they ever got the main server back up and running (last thing I heard was that they were going to try some new RAM, but that was days ago).
Rage3D and DriverHeaven are the majority of my daily Internet usage.. when DH was under attack and Rage was down, I didn't have anything to do.

Sup guys'
Well all of this crap started to go down last weekend when the first issue popped up. The HD decided to die on us which led to some downtime to our webserver. Once that was all sorted out, we where up again until the whole thing decided to go on us (which was a day maybe). For the majority of the week, we have been running off of the database server in which there is no way it can handle the load that we get... Especially with the 3.8's being releasesd. A new webserver has been ordered. Seeing that R3D is not popping up at all, i wouldnt be surprised its being worked on now. How long will this take? I dunno... Ichy posted on the front page yesterday that this will be sorted out by the beginning of next week unfortunately.
