Which would you choose
 Hi members! ill get right to it.Ok if you had a pick which would you prefer to get .out of these 2 choices.DDR ram 256 or an ati radeon video card 7000. my pc only has sdram 256 and i only have a built in video card on the MB .which would you rather have.

You should never use on board anything. (With a very few exceptions) Take the video card.

hey i meant to put a smiley face on .good idea although i dont play many games.does it make a big diffrence anyway if i dont play games on my pc.will the card matter?

If you dont play much games, then forget the vid card, get the RAM to speed up your boot and increase performance in browsing the internet, or such things.
You dont need a good video card to browse the web.

I wouldn't recommend the 7000 to anyone who wants to play very many games, going from onboard to 7000 isn't really an upgrade. I'd at least go for a 7200.

depending on the speed of the Duron, it could be upgraded also for around $45-50

...... if you using some graphics (doing graphics...)..... it's hard to say... I'd go 256mb if your not doing anything graphics intensive....

I'd go with the memory it'll be better for the overall system, and like Cyborg said the 7000 wouldn't be much of a step up from the on-board.
