Something was mentioned about if you double post.... the avatar dealy and something about doing something with your post count..... I think the only thing that was done for a set rule was the avatar... don't know about the post count....

The post count thing was just so people over 500 posts couldn't change the avatar. After the 24 hours, it would be back to normal. If you already have signifigantly less than 500 posts, there's no need.
