Sorry, it's just sort of a silly tradition that started back in the early days and it keeps coming up more for nostalgia than any other reason I think. When this place was started no one had any idea it was going to become as popular as it did as quickly as it did, and it's just sort of a "nod-o-the-cap" to Zardon and crew on a fine job and as a reminder of the lengths of DH's popularity/quality.

Sorry, I know it's a bit silly...but a bit of self-indulgent fun from time to time is sort of a trademark of mine.

As soon as I surfed the forums for the first time, I could see the distinct difference to Rage3d and other sites...DH is so unique and uses the Jelsoft model well..and it is adaptable.....that's why I love it.
