Program to take multiple exe files and combine into 1

Not sure if this belongs in this forums or not, but if not I appologize and please move it accordingly.

Now for my question.
Does anyone know of a program that I can take multiple exe files, and combine them into 1 exe file, so I don't have to run each and everyone?

The reason I'm asking this is I saved the files from the MS update sight and theya re all exe files, all 29 of them, and I wanna run them as 1 file, not 29 .....anyways, if anyone knows, I'de apprerciate it.
Yes I do realize I can update from the web page, but I'de rather not have ta wait in case there is net lag, or the site is haveing slow issues or whatever, so it's faster and easier to just run it from the hd.

Yes, there is, if your using 2k, XP or 2k3 thats basically what the service packs are. But to do it manually i'm not sure...probably not.

You wouldn't want to "combine" the exe files together, but you could run all of them at the same time with a batch file
