Fast Food Prices
Are fast food prices raising drastically everywhere?
The whopper (Burger King) went from 99 cents to $2.29 and is now on sale for $1.99
The jumbo jack (Jack In The Box) went from 99 cents to $1.49
The famous star (Carl's Junior) went from 99 cents to $1.29
I can't get a dollar burger anywhere anymore
Is the same thing happening everywhere?

I have noticed the price go up long ago, more in line with general inflation. If you think about it, it's probably to help steer people off fast food, towards a less -fat- food life-style.

But why would the companies want to steer people off? This is free enterprise, no one is telling them that they shouldn't make people fat lol

Well, Clownburger (McDonald's ) has doubly cheesey burgers for $1.00 as well as the McChicken for $1.
The Burger King near me used to have Whoppers for 99cents (ever notice that there's no "cent" symbol on the keyboard? I just noticed that), but now they want $1.99 for it. They have doubly cheesey burgers for 99cents now, but they aren't even as big as the McD ones, and no onions on them either.
I'm gonna have to start actually cooking food myself if they get any more expensive.

Lawsuits, thats why they would try to slowly curve people away. Look whats happening to tobacco companies, people suing them for false advertising over cancer causing side effects. It's only a matter of time before people be suing fast food joints, for not warning that the food would make them fat.

Why take the effort to use extra color? Do you have a problem with the color I chose when I made the DH design? LOL.
