I work for an American company so here I sit at work. At least the site isn't blocked so I guess that is a small victory. That and we are getting Friday off so I still get fireworks tonight and a 3 day weekend!

On more hockey yes

On the holiday since July 4th falls on the weekend I will have to celebrate it as well

There too? It's been about 2 weeks since we've seen the sun in Nova Scotia, with more rain in the forecast.

Hey, I'm just happy that we will get our fireworks tonight if the weather stays as it is. Last year we weren't able to set ours off until July 4th of all days.

i got sick around 3:30pm june 30th and by july 1st.. i was so sick i didn't even get to see daylight...

today however aside from a slightly nasty soar throat.... ears bothing me and being soar in general... i'm doing much better.

Well, no fire works because baby Optix was too fussy. I could hear them though. It was as if someone was setting off fire crackers directly behind my ear. Low level fog must have kept the sound down or something.

No beer for daddy Optix either since I forgot to go to the beer store on Tuesday but never fear! I'm celebrating Independance Day!
