Family of Trampled Wal-Mart Worker Sues
The family of Jdimytai Damour, 34, a temporary worker at Wal-Mart who was sued in a crush of frenzied shoppers on Black Friday, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against both Wal-Mart and the Valley Stream mall where the store is located.
