Anyone here go see, Max Payne? Your opinion, please?
Just wondering how many saw the latest "#1 Movie of the Weekend"
It did quite well in the face of intense criticism: $18 million to take the top spot for the weekend in the USA.

Ya its coming out where i stay on Friday and am considering whether to go watch it, so am also wondering like "Dyre Straits" if its worth it?

If you're expecting it to be ANYTHING like the games, don't go. It's just a lame movie that shares a name with an awesome game.

I'd wait another week before using the box office as an indication of whether it's worth seeing; predictions are that it'll drop out of the top 10 really quick.
IMO, Max Payne was not meant to be PG-13, the DVD will contain an unrated cut with hopefully more of an adult tone, that's the one to see.
