The Introduce Yourself Topic!!!
Hey Everyone,
With all the new members around recently, I thought I'd start up a topic for everyone to introduce themselves... whether you're an oldskool DHer or someone who's only just discovered us!
I'm Craig, I work for DriverHeaven as chief vBulletin coder, site designer, and general dogsbody for anything related to DriverHeaven. I'm 24 and first found the site back in 2002 and made myself right at home.

I'm Mousey, i'm 15 and i'm DH's teenage adrenaline junkie freerunner.
In my spare time i used to do martial arts but quit last year when i broke my wrist (had about 6 years experience), i do graphics work (see signature), mainly large pieces check the heavenly visions forum. And i also love my rig, taking it apart and putting it all back together is probably my favourite thing to do when the internet dies here lol.
Currently got a part time job in pub, that doesn't pay enough lol.
I've been here since january 07 and still lovin it

I'm well sure you know me by now lol! I'd been here since DH open way back in 2002. I do creative drivers and redo them for fun and yes I'd learn them on my own style on the drivers. For others to enjoy of them .

Hello, I'm Allan, and I'm a 22 year old programmer, though I haven't worked long for any institution/company as yet, living in Saskatoon, Canada. Until recently I was figuring out what to do, whether to go back to school (varsity) or start a career but I just got a job today with a security company, I hope I'll like my new job but I'll see how and where I go from here. It's been a long time but I remember finding this site when looking to mod my ATi Radeon 9500 non pro, posting in a lot of interesting threads and having a really great time. For me being on DH has always been about having fun and unwinding, it's been great since then and I've never looked back.

My name is Brendon. I very close to being 25 years old. I currently am a ATM/POS field technician. I found DH when whatever my join date states . I was introduced by a co-worker at the time (Judas) as that is all he would talk about at work

Hi, I'm Danny "swimtech" Moorhead. For a living, I lead the hardware support team - nearly all the work is computer related - at a university. As a hobby for the past six years, I've involved myself primarily in hardware support here at DH - and for myself and my family. I mow the lawn occasionally too!
I have always loved learning about technology and the sciences in general since before I was a teenager - reading voraciously about (and spending my time and money on...) audio and video gear, then (in my twenties, and when BBSs then the Internet got popular) computer gear.
I'll hit the big Five-Oh in August. Myself and my lovely wife of 10 years have five children between the two of us - life is interesting!

I'm Jon, resident asshole and all around bad person.
Edit: Some other traits are:
Disrespect towards people who treat DH like their whining ground.
Those "look at me!" "I'm so cool" people
The "My word is fact because I jerk off to wikipedia" people
And an overall bitterness that is expressed and taken out on the people that fit the bill above. This bitterness is only expressed in these forums and not my actual life. This is because it is so very easy to piss someone off online
So if you feel pissed off remember, its only words from some poor hateful neglected young sap who don't know any better.
And to those who get a power trip by voicing their opinion over the interent... Actions make you who you are, words are nothing without action and all the complaining, thread shitting, and the need to voice one's opinion is void when compared to taking action.
Don't kid yourself, only action makes a difference so stop whining already and f*ckin do something
Hope that helps.

Only SFOSOK could introduce himself then go into a rant ! shesshhh.
Anyway im Allan and I started DriverHeaven quite some time ago.
I am a tech addict and love fiddling around with hardware as well as designing things (like the current DH skins with Craig). DH started as a hobby in my bedroom and has turned into a UK business employing 10-20 people, so I think its done pretty well so far!
As well as computers im heavily into motorbikes but haven't done much biking this year as I had a nasty accident when a girl in a car drove out in front of me at start of May and I ended up spending weeks in intensive care on a morphine drip. Damaged quite a few internal organs and lost a kidney, but hey thats life im still here.
Also a guitar fanatic and play myself, used to mess around in a few local bands and am a huge fan of players like Vai, Satriani, Gilmour and May.
In my spare time before the accident I did boxing, kickboxing and a lot of gym weights and stuff and was really fit. Now im really fit popping pills.
Right now im playing the Playstation 3, Xbox 360 a lot and am back and addicted to the Spellforce series on the PC.

I am Efthimios, I visited this site for the first time while looking for drivers for my old (now) laptop few years ago, after some time, I am a regular here.
Let's see, I have a worthless (for me) degree, some minor experience in computing and I have one year left to get my film/tv degree which I hope will help me start bringing in some money.
I am a gamer, I have played few thousand games and currently owner of a PC, a xbox360, a Wii, and a PSP.
I prefer strategy and wargame type of games, but I also like very much FPS, RPGs, flight, sub/surface and land sims. I heavily dislike puzzle games and most of the "casual" games.
Among one of my many worthwhile accomplishments in life that I am sure people will remember me for, I bought Red Alert 2 on the day of release, finished it twice (normal and hard) in 1 evening and 1 morning and wrote a review for a local magazine that later told me they never asked me to write one. Yeah!
I love my AC, I prefer Pepsi to Coca Cola and my favourite meat is Corned Beef.

I'm Teemu and I'm currently 26 years old man from the land of the thousand lakes in northern europe.
I've been into computers since I got my first 8088 in the 80's it served me good until 1995 when I moved to more powerful PC's current rig is my 8th. I came here in 2004 to find some modded drives for my gfx card. And I've been here ever since
I'm freelancer roadie, currently having a big brake and trying to get in to some schools so that I could move up on my path...
I play a lot of simulations like FSX and SimCity series. When I need to unplug it's either C&C series or some FPS games...
And I think that I'm the only aviation enthusiast in here. So that's explains the FSX and the fact that I'm planing to get Canon EOS 40D.

I'm Seth "Vikingod" Erickson, 26 from the US. I have taken on a number of functions here at DH over the years (News Team, Mod Team Leader, US Reviewer), though currently at a reduced capacity as I take care of some personal stuff.
I work in commercial banking. I like ice hockey and have played it my whole life. I have three children which are the reason I exist. I love being a father more than anything.
I enjoy playing guitar, and have for the last 15 years. I don't play in a group anymore (for the time being), but have played with several relatively successful groups in the past. I enjoy a huge array of music from rock/blues/jazz/folk/classical and everything in between. I have a makeshift recording studio in my home which I am in the process of completing. I'm currently learing to make electronic music, have a bass guitar, an accordion (which I can't yet play), and may soon have a drum set from a friend, which I will use to make my own music.
Gaming wise, I play mostly PC games, but not as often as I once did. I'm into COD4 right now, though I occasionally play Guild Wars. My kids have a Wii, but typically play it only with them.
