Hi all, I had to use the user Zhenyak as Zhenya was either already used or I can't remember joining in the past (but that is likely it!). I qualify cuz am a bonafide senior that was looking into the whole modding thing for my Radeon Mobility x1400, have a Dell 6400 that has gone to s*it, graphically speaking............ Anyway, now I am here, again or not, have browsed around the forums and find a lot of like minds around this great site so will certainly be around for a bit. Now, am having a bitch of a time getting Catalyst to run so will keep browsing until I find the answer. Is the Drivercleaner I am reading about and possibly connected to this site the answer I am looking for? Maybe I could hear an amen (or not...), it is certainly not in the high price bracket that so much of the fluff software is. I am a retired tech, radio amateur (until computers showed me the futility of hanging wires in the rain to talk to New Zealand) and a Canuck fan from the wet coast. Greetings

Dont' waste your time on them. Guru3d is all about showing who are the smartest and if you have a different opinion, you will be ridiculed by some of the old dogs, no matter how valid it is.
