Does anybody watch these? If you liked Master Chief sucks at Halo then you'll love these, they're a sequel (i think)

finally saw a professionally produced Parkuer movie with some bald african chap called Forrest in it. It was bonkers with poeple jumping all over and under and through perfectly good railings, roof tops and houses all over the bloody place like cats on a greek island. I can see what Mousey is getting on about now.

Ah Forrest from Urban Freeflow. tbh i don't like urban freeflow much. They're very talented freerunners but they don't practise what i like to think of as "Pure" Parkour, they incorporate a lot of tricking. I don't incorporate any movements that don't get me over/under/through something efficiently.
But this isn't a parkour thread, this is an arby n the chief thread
