Where I am - Surfers Paradise!

On holidays here at Surfers Paradise in QLD staying at the Breakfree Peninsula apartments on the 19th floor. Haven't had a break from life in over 7 years so I thought I'd skip town with the boys and relax it up here for a couple weeks =)

Brought my laptop along so I can transfer images and use the net while I'm up here!

Anyone live or been to QLD? This is my first time

That looks nice man. I've always wanted to take a boat out to the Whitsunday islands, Fraser Island, Heron Island and do some snorkelling / diiving. But when I eventually get to travel to oz I want to spend most of my time in Exmouth or Broome way as I prefer less populated areas.

Dude, that's awesome.

You better be getting some actual surfing done there, I'd love to get in the habit, but Canadian oceans tend to be chilly.

i've been to the gold coast once i think, sunshine coast twice - stayed at breakfree the last time

really nice up there, but going with family just isn't the same as with mates

yeah everything is breakfree here, it's weird

but yeah.. majority if my previous holidays to europe and america doesn't compare to the freedom ya got with ya mates
