Should Robert McClelland become a special member?
I just think that the guy not only links the modded drivers but also provides members (old and new) with a remarkable level of support to get things working.
If there was vote then I would be clicking yes. IMO he deserves special 'red' status.

Doesn't Omegadrive have a special color for his name? Robert should get that too if he's providing the same level of support.

How can he when he is a DH Administrator. (He's Highlighted in italics btw)
Besides R M was a gold member (I'm sure this was part of the reason he gained GM status) and at the moment, these type of awards are being reviewed by the admins at this time. (This has not had been removed for any other reason).

Its just italic. all the administration team have that. Just a staff setting.
There is a user group called "gold members" which I think you were a member of yourself, however the group has been temporarily disbanded as we had some issues with it. I will be chatting with vikingod about this class shortly and whether we should reopen it starting from stratch again.
Robert certainly is a great member on this site, and he has been awarded a lot of reputation points by myself for his top class work helping everyone.

I'm thinking (imo) he does a whole lot more for the DH community than other Gold Members and maybe deserves the Special 'red' status.

I can't answer for the admins.... but The Special Members you are talking about usually work in high profile positions like AMD or equivalent.
I don't use his drivers myself but i am aware many of you do so..I do understand why you are asking..
