Default Post Motherboard Recommendations?

I'm going to build my g/f a PC in a week or so here, and I wanted some advice regarding the motherboard. She is not a PC kind of person, and I'm trying to bring her over to the Dark Side, so I'm trying to make sure that this is a problem-free experience for her.

The criteria for the motherboard I need are as follows: mATX, Socket A, and stable. Ideally, I'd want a KT266A mATX board, but I can't seem to find any online. Anyone have any suggestions?

Also, does anyone know anything about the KM266 chipset? Has anyone dealt with it? And would you reccomend an nForce-based board?

I have to say, I am relatively picky about motherboard manufacturers. I don't like Abit, FIC, or Biostar. She will not be getting an ECS, DFI, Jetway, or Matsonic. I've had some good experience with ECS, but the others ones are mysterious to me, so I'm not interested.

Please don't argue with me over why Abit is good; I'm not using Abit.

I found a mATX ASUS board (A7N266-VM) -- anyone have any experience with it or the nForce chipset?

Default Post No OCZ

Sinjin, I would not get OCZ memory. I think that the quality is questionable. I have a 256 stick of it and I wish that I had gotten something else. I got it to be forward looking. I only run it at 266 right now. Their specs for the memory says that it is CL2 at 266, but I can not get real agressive at all with the memory timings at CL2. I saw a comparison online somewhere and OCZ came out near the bottom of the pack. Get anything else in my opinion.

Maybe I'm jaded but, ahhhh, I'll never get anything else from OCZ. Just thought I would let you know
