What is Your Favorite Christmas Movie?
Just curious to know what movie/s do you consider to be your favorite/s to watch during the Holidays?
"A Christmas Story" has to top my own list. "You'll shoot your eye out!" as Ralphie was told when he said he wanted a Red Ryder BB Gun for Christmas.
And, what about that lamp?!

A Christmas Story is at the top of my list, along with Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Scrooged, National Lampoons Christmas Vacation, Home Alone, White Christmas, and A Miracle on 34th Street (original 1947 version).
Edit: oh.. and um.. Die Hard and Lethal Weapon are on the list too.

Oh yeah, Scrooged with Bill Murray for sure! I own it on LaserDisc actually.
Watching A Christmas Story right now though - introducing my two youngest to that one, while they run their RC cars in and out from underneath the couch and freak out the cats.
Edit: The family just had their turkey pilfered and are eating at the Chinese - great scene!

It's not actually a christmas film but I do like watching 'The Great Escape' during christmas and particular Steve McQueen trying to get to Switzerland on the bike. Great chase scene. I always hope that he will get there even though I know he never will lol.
Other that that I suppose 'Die Hard' is my favorite proper christmas film

no...
scrooged is one of the best christmas movies.
but watching a wonderful life, and a while christmas.... not to mention alot of the very very terrible movies out there that somehow manage to show up right around when we usually sit down to watch tv..... gives me a headache cause i find them horrible.
