I grew out of the X-Men craze when I was about 9. The first X-Men was a good movie, nothing special.

As for X2, I was originally doubting it, but I think I just might go see it after all.

Eh. I saw X2 last night. It was good. But i feel let down because the ending of the first Xmen made it look like the second movie was going to have this whole "history of Wolverine". It didn't, but maybe thats good?

Got good reviews
Leonard Maultin (film critic) said that it was departure from the first one and worthy of a interest, he even went so far as to say that X-men fans from childhood will really get to see the comic book characters fleshed out, since all the character developement happened during the first movie..

yes theres a part where u can see some nice Storm Cleavage i believe, and Mystique (blue chick) is in this one alot more, and not in the dark now so u can see her

Well I just saw the movie and I must say it was really good! I take back what I said -- I'm back in the X-Men craze! I really wish Gambit was in the movie though.

My only guess would be when Pro. X was looking for all the mutants.

I watched this and rather liked it, though I found the ending to be unusually disagreeable to my tastes... the special effects were quite nice, and there was someone at some point (generic to not give anything away) who is a German... and I could understand what he was saying yay für Deutsch!

Its not hard to understand what he said in german, what he repeted many times is something they know in every country! What he said you can understand in every language (wtf how u spell that?) And to Vamp, have fun watching

when mystique was in the bar with the guard the guard yelled for the bartender to turn the damn thing off

one of the guys on that program that was doing most of the talking was

Dr Hank McCoy aka The Beast

His mutation was the result of a lab experiment, and hasnt happened yet but supposedly will either before or during the next movie

I used to love the X-Men comics so I'm looking forward to this sequel! Not so sure about persuading the wife though, it may be time to remind her of me sitting through 'Gosford Park'.

BTW does anyone remember the Phoenix character becoming god-like in the comic?
