Yup - I'm shocked. I mean, our "World Class Strikers" in Owen and Heskey have scored as many called as France's Elite front line. IE none :/
But at least England are through and hopefully the goals will start flowing like water down a hill  It's now quite simple - every team in the last 16 stands just as good a chance as the others. Even Sengal |

yes I agree Uber, I think particularly Michael Owen has been quite poor in this world cup... hopefully we will see him improving in the next rounds.

Sounds weird but I'm glad we came second coz those senegal players look pretty tricky although Denmark are still pretty formidable opponents. I think we should just keep opening the defence up with Owen and Heskey pulling them wide and let Butt, Scholes and Beckham do the shooting.
