Did you miss me?
Well I hope you all enjoyed your break from my mindless rambling.
I kept this one pretty quiet but on the 3rd of august after nearly 7 years of living together with my fiancee Claire she finally persuaded me to tie the knot. Got married at old penshaw church at 1pm which is a proper old style fairytale church then jumped in a Rolls Royce silver shadow and was carted off to Lumley castle, a medieval castle with 100's of years of history which hosts private meals. We then had a private bar at the castle for one or two drinkies. Well I say one or two I can still remember ordering drinks at 1am before staggering back to our courtyard room. It was a truly amazing day and despite dreading it being a pretty private person I can happily say I enjoyed every second of it. Spent the weekend packing our bags then on monday 6th we travelled down to Manchester and jumped on a scary-o-plane for a 10 hour flight to Jamaica. Yay mon. We stayed at the all inclusive Couples Resort in Ocho Rios and were made to feel like royalty for the week, I mean these people waited on us hand and foot, barely a second went buy when someone wasnt taking the drink from your hand and replacing it with a chilled one. I jumped on the scales for a laugh when I got back today and i've put on 4lbs the food was that amazing. Oh and i've also developed something of a taste for Rum, Mmmmmm Rum. Arghh shoot the double poster, edit keeps crashing.
Anyway that pic will have to do till I get the professional ones back. The photographer has sent the proofs off. The photographer is a really cool guy too, he doesnt bother with copyright so I can run off as many copies as I like, he's also giving me the raw image files which are about 8mb+ each and in incredible detail. The two photographers took about 350 pics on the day  |
