Is that really a newspaper that adults read? That's the sort of writing I'd expect to see in a high school paper, due to (lack of) quality of the writing and legal ignorance of the writer.

Part of a rundown on several (the second link).
They rather gloss over the legalities, as in many cases, the basic platform IS legal, but, just like FTP or websites, the content may or may not be. Mind you, any excuse to give the BBC iPlayer a good kicking is welcome, especially as it may not play well with "watch again" facilities from other providers. |
