System Specs

={DH}= Game Server Meet-Up!
Hi everybody,

I'd like to organise a meet-up on the game server this Sunday (13th April)

I'm not sure on the time yet, as I know it can be difficult scheduling around the different timezone's

I will say between 9pm and 10pm (GMT) which is 6 hours ahead of Central US time. Now I know that is convienent for me, but prolly not for the rest of you. So please discuss better times or arrangements, taking into account that Europe is like 5 hours ahead of US, so times of 9pm US is gonna mean 2am in Europe which is more unreasonable than 5pm US 10pm UK.

The best choice would be to head on into the IRC channel to find people and discuss details

Some people have been having problems connecting to IRC, and thanks to Andrew these are now fixed.

The server details are available on the "Under Construction" Gaming page, located here:
http://www.driverheaven.net/gaming/ and the server is running MOHAA.

Thanks for your support, and remember the server is on 24/7 so if you wanna go on tomorrow or anytime before sunday you can! please post here if you are interested in playing a few matches

since its on Sunday, most people in the US probably dont have to work and if they're in school, they're off. And for those of us across the pond, we have to work Monday morning or go to school. IMO, 10pm GMT is too late. For me thats 12am as we're GMT+2. If possible, lets do it more like 7 or 8 GMT which in turn would be 2 or 3 in the afternoon on Sunday EST. Just my $.02 and opinion of course...

I don't play MOHAA multiplayer- Impact prediction is kinda lame if you ask me- CS-never played it, can't stand the low res textures and graphics.

I am just wondering what is being played now ang what is being played in the future.

The server is 24/7 16-players on team play, map rotation is everything except snowy, password if needed is 'dhmember'

I've never entered a password before. How does one do that?? anytime I've encountered anything with PW, it just says like password rejected or something when I try and join the server...

and can I make a BIG request?? can you PLEASE run objective matches?? that way we have teams but also a goal to achieve not just how many kills I can get.. Makes for much better teamwork to accomplish the objective. Maybe run bridge, rocket facility, Omaha beach, the hunt, etc...

System Specs

The server password is dhmember and will remain that, it's not ment to keep it all secure, jus' simply to keep public players and clans from filling the place up and blocking DH members from playing, feel free to pass it out to your friends if need be.

How to use a password with ASE or GameSpy


ASE:

Highlight your server you wish to play on, that requires a password.
Press f4.
Enter your password in the text box labeled password.
That's it your password will stay with that server until you change it.
Double click on the above server to play.



Built in GameSpy browser V1.11 and up:


Start your MOHAA.exe

Enter the multiplayer room (brown closed door)
press ~ (will bring down the console. You will need to enable consol first if you have not done so already)
type:

password X Where X is the server's password

press ~ again to close console

Enter join room
click on Join internet game


You can either launch gamespy and connect that way, or you can connect via the IP address of the server.
