who has the best Customer/Tech support?

With all the companies out there offering alot of similar products, chipsets ( all various NVIDIA/Intel/ATI chipsets), gfx card models (FX/6/7/8 series for NVIDIA, 9xx0/x8x0/x1k series for ATI), etc. When it comes down to it, which of these companies out there offering essentially the same product from the other companies give you the best support? Support meaning tech support when you email/call them, RMA service, RMA turn-around (shipping time not included in RMA turn-around), etc.

just would like to know why you feel this way for all the different companies.

I began pondering this after purchasing my x1950pro gfx card. I was looking up some info on PowerColor's RMA processing, and after having done so, frankly, i hope my card never dies. Also, PowerColor's website has so many typos and grammar mistakes, that it makes them look less professional as a company from a consumer's point of view.

So yea, what do you guys out there have to say about some of the companies out there?

mod/admin can move to appropriate forum if necessary.

I'd have to say OCZ is probably one of the best. I've never had to return anything myself but it seems you always hear great things about their support.

Gigabyte have always been very good to me. Responding quickly by email with support.

IIyama just delivered me a brand new monitor (and collected my old one for free) after my old one died after about two years of use. It was only one phone call to them and they phoned me back to confirm a delivery date and collection of RMA'd goods.

MrSpock2002 is an unknown quantity at this point

For ATI cards, I only buy the official version straight from ati. My last card carried a 3 year warrenty and was a great performer. I've had off brand versions and none of them seemed to be as good as the built by ATI versions.

H3X4D3C1M4L will become famous soon enough

OCZ is damn good, they're not picky at all. Send back old value RAM that's defective and get new Platinum RAM? Hell yes !

But THE best has to be APC for me. Their technicians actually know what they're talking about (multiple different ones, I didn't consider myself getting lucky 5 times in a row possible).

I get really bad power where I am, but not only to APC products do what they're supposed to do VERY well, but when they don't work, getting it fixed or replaced is a snap
