Cleaning CD/DVDs?

What's the best way to clean a DVD or CD with a couple of micro scratches? A special product or those exotic spinny things or?

I use 50/50 isopropyl 90% and filtered water. I clean against the tracks.

System Specs

Try to find a cleaning putty for hair scratches. You should only use the spinners as a last ditch effort for something that doesn't work.
