I didn't watch the game but from reading up on it just now I understand that they worked hard for their win and were rewarded in the form of a super-motivated striker. Getting to the Euro Cup tends to be harder than qualifying for the World Cup so leading that group is a real honor.

Scotland as expected lost in Italy (we've never taken so much as a single point away from italian soil, my hopes weren't high to start with ) .
