OK, seriously now, circumstances are fleeting and always in flux. You need to talk to someone about these feelings and try to understand where they're coming from.

Since we don't know the whole story, all we can do is encourage you to hang on and keep the chin up.

well its a number of things.

many of which are things that happened to me, but the two kickers were things that happened to people with whom I am close.

My brother's wife cheated on him.

and one of my best friend's mothers is dying.

Is it possible to detach yourself for just a short period of time and gain some perspective?

I am not minimizing your concern, but what if you looked like this?

You have no idea what its like waking up and seeing that in a mirror everyday!!

Hang in there bro..figure out what you have control, and try to find the courage to accept what you cannot change.

Well sir,
I have been shot at, nearly burned alive, chased by angry husbands and night sticked by the Japanese Police..
married three times and divorced three times happily..LOL
Helped both my kids through drug dependency and came to terms with their anger over their mother and I divorcing each other...
and I have been through two wars..and saw the barracks that was blown up in Beirut and watched men praying for salvation while cannon rounds and missles were inbound on our position..
I even survived a chopper crash in the desert...
I have suffered more from mis adventure that my family can imagine but one thing I learned..
you got to trust someone and tell them what is wrong..
dong string yourself out..
get pissed
get angry
tell someone what is bothering you..
If you dont...you will make all the really stupid mistakes that I made..I can assure you..
YOU DONT WANT TO DO THAT!!!!

gemini.....as we get older, we can only look back and say "wow, i was bitching about that?" look at the older people here on DH (and around yourself in your personal life), that as we get older, we will be dealing w/more serious BS than we do now. Take Falstaff for example
