Couldn't sleep
Man, for some reason I was restless tonight. I feel tired, just can't sleep. I'ma go run a 5 mile at 6, see if I can pass out or something.

i go to the gym all the time - mainly boxing now, burns off excess energy, best cure for a good nights sleep.

Everybody needs to relax more lol, but if that happened nothing would get done.
I'ma go sand my father's beat up excuse for a boat now to try and burn more energy. All that run did was get my blood flowin.
I would like to share one of the few things I ever learned from my father though.
There was one thing he taught me that will stick with me forever. He told me to sand a banister and he gave me a single piece of sand paper. As I started my my hands began to ache and get some blood under the fingernails. When he came back I had finished and showed him my hands. He didn't answer me, he just gave me a piece of rubber to put the sand paper on so I wouldn't wreck my hands. I asked him why he didn't give it to me earlier, and this is how he responded. "You must first learn things the hard way so can appriciate the easy way". I never appriciated a damn little piece of rubber so much in my life lol.

My bro destroyed my punching bag cause he has this notion that anything he uses or is allowed to use becomes his to abuse. He stabbed my punching bag.... Mind you he is 24 living at home with his parents. Can't stand it here sometimes.

Yeah you might want to check on your blood pressure and other values at a doctor. Some medicines like for asthma can have heartrate raising side effects too though. Or loads of soda of ourse.

Hope you're not having mild anxiety (panic) attacks - those can happen to people when they are under emotional stress - and can come on for no apparent reason...
