Oh the woes of life :(
Well I went almost all day and into the night and everything was pretty good at work (pizza hut delivery).
I started at 12 noon, and worked till 1am, long day.
Well everything was fine up until about 10pm, and blammo, I got a ticket, ugh!
Best tip night I've had, and guess were it's all going, yep you guessed it, to the stinking city, bah, spit, bleh.
I guess on the good side of it all, I at least have enough in tips to pay the fine, $79, but I had thought I broke even, wich I actually didn't because I have to fill up now, hmph.
In case your wondering, I was going 53 in a 35, heh.
Gonna cut into my deliveries now for sure, cause now I'm going 25 on side roads and 35 on the main road, and that doesn't add up to a whole helluva alot of deliveries.

I live in Raytown Missouri, wich is close to independence Missouri, wich is like close to KansasCity Missouri. This adress is actually listed as a KansasCity adress though, kinda goofy if ya ask me, my local stuff and bills all say Rytown Missouri, yet when I list it under say PizzaHut, it says KansasCity Missouri, I've seen it listed as that in other things to.

Yeah I normally try to do that as well, I have tried to find the good in all this, I guess you could say at least I MADE enough to pay the fine, that's a plus, but on a bad, I gotta fill up my tank now heh, but the good out-weighs the bad somewhat, considering it'll only cost me like $20 for gas as compared to $79 for a ticket, at least I have the ticket money, the only thing I'm out is pay for the gas. Kinda an even trade off so ta speak, since I worked a 13hr day for that $79, but on a good note, I did and do, still get hourly pay that won't be touched, so basically I worked for hourly pay, without my tips, just sux is all, loseing that cash.

Man, I feel your pain.
But, in all fairness, 53 in a 35 is a pretty good clip, right?
In our area, you can pretty much get by with anything 10 mph over the limit. The cops kind of look the other way and that goes for everyone.
I do think, however, that delivery guys/gals with car toppers get a little more of a break.

10 over? you must be in the firhgt hand lane
85-90 in a 55 or 65 is typical in Atlanta.....75-80 is what people slow down too when the cops are around

ah...back roads...yea.....if the speed limit is 45 or more....10 over....otherwise, 50 regardless of speed limit.....until you get onto the in-town surface streets, then you never get above 10 cuz there's a traffi light every 15 feet and 6 pedestrians at every crosswalk, 3 of whom jump out during the "no walking" signal and try and catch you off guard
