umm....i would get it, but it's just too much money for me right now. i was thinking something more affordable for me ATM. i'm in school right now, so i can't be having any serious debt right now. the 8 was enough debt as it was. I will however, buy myself another 8 after i get out of college and start my 65k/yr. starting job .but for now, i'm looking to spend no more than 10k on a car. I'd prefer a mazda, but that probably won't happen. i'm thinking of getting like a 96-97 5 series bimmer. that way i can say i've had a bimmer in my life to my kids when i'm older

If I were you I'd get a Honda Integra VTEC Type-R or Accord or a Nissan Skyline GTR R-34 (two door) if you get the 4 door you'll have more than enough space and power to seat anybody. You seen the new Skyline that will be coming out 2007 hopefully to 2008? Its sweet, I've always wanted to own a Skyline but they are rare and need someone who can afford to spend on that car.
Either that or a Mitsubushi FTO CPX I think it's called, I almost once asked Allan for advice on whether or not to buy that car it's a funny name for more powerful model of a car (the suffix "CPX") but I think it's small and pretty nifty and not only is it FAST, it's accleration is what I'm for, I only care about a vehicle's accleration, not too much it's speed, what's the use of having a speedometer of 5000 if you're only going to reach it round next year??? The GPX is the one to go for if you're a zippy nippy kind of guy like me and you don't want to spend alot of money parts the only thing I think you'll fight with, otherwise I'm a street X kind of guy. You should have seen my MX5 in UG2, think I posted a pic of it here, I'll look, my pride and joy she was, and still is! Here she blows, me MX5: Post your NFSU2 car :) Post your NFSU2 car :) And the new gen skyline pretty impressive: http://www.automotivearticles.com/12...rototype.shtml Quote:

i'm not going to get something that is absurd for me at the momment. i'm going to get me something that is affordable and that will get me around. the new skyline isn't my style. my next sports car will again be an 8. for the price range of the 8, it has superb turning and handling. i realize that there are faster, nimbler cars out there, but the 8 is just one of a kind. hopefully, by the time i get my next 8, the MazdaSpeed 8 will have either a 20b 3 rotor engine, or have some kind of FI for increased power and torque. If so, then that is what i'll be buying. If not, then the standard engine will be fine as it provides enough power as it already comes
.but like i said, for now, i just want something with four seats, preferrably four doors, has working AC, and also has a MT. But i'm also thinking of getting an older 5 series bimmer of the mid to late 90s. we'll see what time has to say about what it is that my right foot gets to mash on.

Hey, laugh a little.... you really can't move forward if you can't look back on the past and giggle a bit.....

Re: i lost my 8
that's a bit specific no?
either way, what's wrong with occasionally finding humor in anothers misfortune occasionally... i'd find it hard to beleive you don't find it funny when someone has beefed it bad doing something with a good chance of going wrong.

Re: i lost my 8
no, of course it's not specific. why would it be specific? hmm??? [/sarcasm]
what's wrong? well, it's somebody else's misfortune, not your own. that's what's wrong. anyways....this thread shouldn't have been revived. would i still be mod, i'd have your posts deleted, and this thread locked.

Re: i lost my 8
that may come to pass.
