As far as I know, it's the expression used during the ceremony when a young jewish boy becomes a man or gets married. I think it's married?

mazl-tov ...a yiddish/hebrew word inferring congratulations, good luck, best wishes. Most often used during lifes happy events. Such as birth's, weddings etc..etc....
