how can i find out the temp of my video card

is there any software i can get? similar to motherboard monitor?

Ati Tool will tell you, and even pass the temps to MBM so you can monitor them in the dashboard.

What if it`s another card

What if my laptop has a nVidia Geforce FX Go5200 64 mb? Is there any way to monitor the card temp? Thanks alot for any info!

As far as i know there is no way to monitor the temps on the 9800 Pro, they have no thermal probe. The XT has one though....

ATitool works with ATi cards. The nVidia control panel would show your temps with a 6800. So would RivaTuner and ExperTool.

Radeon 9600XT (most, but not all) models support this, so does 9800xt, and so does many of the newer NVidia cards. If you dont have one of these models, our out of luck on an easy solution.
