BFG 6800 Ultra help

Hi guys, sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'll give it a shot anyway.

Right now I'm running on an Nvidia GeForce 4 Ti4800 SE(ew.). I recently purchased the BFG GeForce 6800 Ultra, and I was wondering this:

When it gets here, do I have to install/uninstall any drivers or clean anything out? Also, is a 420 W power supply effecient enough?

You should be ok with that PSU...what brand is it?

Just uninstall your drivers and use drivercleaner on your comp...then install the new card and reinstall drivers. i would use either the 66.81s or Omega's 61.72s.
