Well don't buy from crappy third rate retailers like gameVE then. Buy from NewEgg and other known respected websites. Your choice to by from GameVE shouldn't affect your view of "retailers on the internet" because IMO GameVE sucks. Go to NewEgg, pay the extra 5 bucks and live knowing they will take care of you as a customer. newegg.com

Make sure the site you use has had thousands of positive reports from customers (i.e. newegg, amazon and the like). if they are well known, then there is no chance they will screw with you, because they dont want to loose their consumer base.

well, after hearing that other guy's story, i wouldnt be so sure. GameVE doesnt sound like a too reliable company.

yea, i had heard only good things until now...im definitely not going to ever buy one after this fiasco.
right now i have an eVGA, next time i might check out ASUS, gainward, or the other bigger names. these 'GS' cards sound pretty awesome

my gigabyte card is pretty awsome so far!
actually think it is a better card than the leadtek. though the leadtek bundle is far superior. only game is doom3- which i already have.

I got a BFG Tech. 6800 GT OC and it rocks but the bundle was lacking for good reason, more quility in the card. like copper heatpipe cooling w/ duel fans.
