6800 GT Upgrade question

I have an Alienware AMD 2000+. 320 w powersupply. Asus A266C MoBo. Currently have a Geforce Ti4600. Will mobo handle it and power supply and will I see significant upgrade?

Well most test systems I have seen with this card, have been using a 350Watt Power Supply. Remember, without the proper amount of juice your card will not perform optimally or with assured stability. i.e. say if you plan to overclock it, to get Ultra equivalence out of it.

Got the BFG Tech 6800 OC with 128 mb ram. I have an AMD 2000+ and 340w power supply. Running fine seems to be. Couple questions. 1) Shoul d I have paid the other $100 for the GT 256 OC? 2) My 3d Mark 2003 score is 8100, that sound about right?

I would reeally recommend a PSU upgrade as well with that video card. I'd get a nice 400W or 420W PSU and it wouldn't cost you that much.
