Help with Albatron FX5600 XTQ - TVout

Well, I have a small X-Mas wish:

To get my new Albatron FX5600 XTQ (256 mb RAM)show TV-out in color..

Living in Denmark We use PAL-B on our TV, and I just can't get a color picture on my TV using the TV-out on this card.

It shows a VERY clear Black/White, just no color..

I run Windows XP Pro..

I also have: a geforce3, geforce4 and and a Radeon 9700 Pro and they can ALL show color on the same TVset..

WHY can't my FX5600 XTQ..?
