Luis Torcida is on a distinguished road

exclamation PNY Quadro 750 XGL & Intel Motherboard

I installed a new PC exclusively for 3D apps like 3D Max Viz running under XP. The motherboard I choosed is a Intel D865GBF wich comes with an on board video. I installed my PNY Quadro 750 XGL AGP card and thes system starts to acting odd. First it boots ok but in a second attempt (after properly configuring the Quadro) it freezes suddendly an the only way to fix this is deinstalling the Quadro Card and using the onboard video. The Intel D865GBF Motherboard Bios doesn't allows you to manually disable the onboard video, it does it automatically.
I emailed this problem to Intel but the response was..."Unfortunately, the issue described in your message deals with a third party device that is not supported by the Intel(R) Technical Support. I recommend contacting the manufacturer of this device in order to verify that it has been tested and is validated for proper use with the Intel(R) Desktop Board D865GBF. I also suggest you review the hardware specifications your graphics device has in regards to the external video options. The AGP connector on your Intel(R) Desktop Board D865GBF is keyed for 1.5V and 0.8V AGP cards only. Do not install legacy 3.3 V AGP cards, since the connector is not mechanically compatible with legacy 3.3 V AGP cards.
PNY says that the problem is with the Intel Bios. I already downloaded the latest Bios from Intel but the problem persists.

Does anybody have experienced this same problem? Any help will be very appreciated!!!

My specs:
-Win XP Pro
-Intel D865GBF
-Intel P4 2.8GHZ @2.80GHZ
-DDR400 1GB Dual-Channel
-Trying to install NVIDIA Quadro 750 XGL
-Samsung Syncmaster 181T LCD
