upgrading my mothers Dinosaur

My mothers box needs a new card... all she has now is a Nvidia Vanta 8mb...(AACK) She's a super budget freak.... so.....
GF4 MX440?
Radeon 9000?
I can get both cards at quite similiar prices, so price is not a factor.

Is this system just a internet rig. If yes then a radeon 7000 will do for about $35 or a 7500 for $45 to $50.

That system must be pretty old, so agp cards are out of the question right? Try to get an ATI 9100 pci card (do they make them? I don't really know) or an nVidia 5200 pci. It really just depends on what you/she plans to do with the system. Might be good for some old/retro games, but anything new probably won't run very well..... Your options are pretty limited.
