NVidia readying 3-Way SLI

http://chrisbegley.blogspot.com/2007...echnology.html
According to this article, it is set to debut on November 12th! You're going to need a 680i or 780i/a board with three PCI-Express graphics slots, as well as a card that has two SLI connectors (currently, the 8800 Ultra or GTX).

System Specs

i've heard some *rumors* that the performance of this is actually 2% to 3% slower than a standard 2 card SLI set up.

though, those are just rumors like i said. not certain yet on actual performance, and remember that drivers will also increase performance as this technology is used more commonly.
