Get RivaTuner, the best program. Don't forget to set to load the program with windows and to load your settings for it.

Though..not sure if it runs under Vista.

ntune also works, not as many options as rivatuner, but you shouldn't have any problems with unsigned drivers.

RivaTuner works fine in Vista Ultimate but if you set it to run on boot Vista stops it and makes you go through the "Continue?", "OK", "Are You Sure?", "But What If?" routine to allow it to run on every reboot. Also if you have Dreamscene on turn it off. I noticed RivaTuner crashes it.
