Here's a site that might be just what you need. It's called
LaptopVideo2Go. What these guys do is modify the installation INF for the drivers to include mobile chips, and they are usually pretty up to date. Specifically, you may want to give
THESE drivers a try. They are based on the 163.44 drivers.
On that site you will notice a couple different listings at the top of each download. The 2 listings to pay attention to are "Driver" and "Modified INF". The difference between them is that the first is the whole driver, and includes the modified INF, the other is just the modified INF. The idea is that if you have the drivers already then you just need to download, and then replace the INF with the new modified one.
